Welcome to the launch pad for the Georgetown Steam Plant Science Fair. This year’s theme is a celebration grounded in SHTEAM (Science, History, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics), with our spotlight on  circular economy, adaptive reuse, and the built environment. 

The Georgetown Steam Plant is opening its doors for two-days, inviting creatives of all ages to join the fun of reimagining the traditional science fair through the lens of community engagement. Unleash your inner mad scientist, show us your gizmos and gadgets, we’re looking for science fair magic with a twist of fun, excitement, grand experiments, proof of concept, data visualization, artistic flair-ups, optical illusions, and everything in between. Are you a musician, comedian, performance artist, keynote speaker?
